Introduction
High Pointe Inn
Nestled high on a hill, each of the inn's spacious rooms has a panoramic view of Great Salt Marsh, the dunes of Sandy Neck Beach, and Cape Cod Bay in the distance. Just 30 seconds off scenic Route 6A in a lovely garden setting, this 4,200 sq. foot inn was built in 1989, expanded in 1996, and completely redecorated in 2004.
Our Great Room is a wonderful gathering space for watching a movie in front of a roaring fire, sipping a cocktail while curled up on the comfortable sofas, or simply gazing out the French Doors, past the deck, to the expansive and unobstructed view of sand and sky.
The Living Room is the place for quiet conversation or a friendly game of backgammon or chess. Relax and enjoy your favorite novel, or plan you next day's outing with the help of our modest in-house reference library.

Living Room
Our 75 ft. deck runs the full length of the house and is really just an extension of the exquisite gardens. Visited daily by hummingbirds, the unusual collection of flowering trees and plants provide an alluring display for an array of native birds. There are lounge chairs for sunning and tables with umbrellas for breakfast or cocktails al fresco.
Extra thought and care has been given to the comfort of our guests. There is a guest refrigerator, house phone, iron and ironing board for your use; beach chairs, beach towels, and beach totes to take with you for a day at the beach; books, games, and movies for your entertainment in-house; an exercise room and a putting green.
Spend your days ambling along scenic Route 6A, designated as one of the ten outstanding scenic byways in America, as it gracefully winds its way along the northern edge of the Cape. Sandy Neck Beach, a classic barrier beach, stretches for six miles along Cape Cod Bay less than two miles from our doorstep.
Abutting the beach are acres of conservation land and protected salt marsh just perfect for birdwatching, hiking, kayaking, and sport fishing. Take a ferry to the nearby islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, go bike riding, whalewatching, golfing, antiquing, or museum hopping, all within a few short miles of the Inn. We will be pleased to help you plan any of your activities prior to your arrival.
Let us make your stay with us the High Pointe of your vacation on Cape Cod!
