Introduction

Cape Cod Harbor House Inn consists of eighteen mini-suites and a honeymoon unit - the Harbor Suite. All roooms are superbly appointed and each contains a color TV, DVD player (with free movies for our guests), large tiled baths, either two full or queen beds or one king bed, a dining area and a completely equipped modern separate kitchen area. All rooms share a second floor balcony or first floor patio that offer views of picturesque Hyannis Harbor. Included in your rate is our Deluxe Continental breakfast (featuring such items as Belgian Waffles, bagels with cream cheese, fresh fruit salad, blueberry/cranberry muffins, Danish, English muffins, toast, oatmeal, juice, and coffee and milk). The inn is ideally located to all of what Hyannis has to offer; therefore, a car is not necessary. Many of our guests arrive by plane or bus and find that everything that they need is within walking distance. Charter fishing boats, harbor cruises, island ferries and sightseeing boats are just a hop, skip and a jump from the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn. You can also easily walk to sandy beaches, parks and the Kennedy Memorial.

  • All rates reflect double occupancy and may change without notice; add 9.7% tax.
  • 2-night minimum stay on weekends (3 on holidays).
  • First child aged 12 or under in room stays free.
  • $25/night additional persons; maximum of 5 persons/unit.
  • Rollaways and cribs available at $15 per day.
  • 2-nights deposit required with reservation, applied to end of stay, balance due upon arrival.
  • 14 days needed for cancellation refund (minus $39 service charge).
  • We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
  • Personal checks for advance deposit only.
