Relax in an artist/owner designed. 8 room, multi-level, mountaintop home built to insure privacy. Secluded yet easily accessible, on a paved road, just 2 1/2 miles south of Route 9. Accomodations include: a room with king-sized bed, view of mountains and ponds; a suite with a queen bed (cot available), pool table and fireplace. Both rooms contain private bath and phone, original artworks, antiques and collectibles. Full American breakfast. Rates on request for a self-contained, 5-room cottage.
Rates: $65/Sg, $90/Db.
Other: children over 10 welcome, no pets, no smoking.

A newer house with older ambiance. Enjoy back yard beaver ponds and afternoon refreshments. The front porch overlooks fields and rolling hills. Two antique filled rooms share bath and common room. Country breakfasts, serving local products and homemade specialties. Overflow accomodations available.
Rates: $75/Sg, $85/Db. Two-night minimum most weekends.

Each of the five antique-furnished rooms has a private bath and shares a common living room. The 14-acres have wooded hiking and snowmobile trails. The main dining room features fine dining. The Red Fox Pub serves lighter fare. Breakfasts are European-style, brunch on Sunday, Outside hot tub.

Built in 1780 by Samuel Buck and restored in 1942 by William Gass, our house features wide pine floorboards, five fireplaces, English and American antiques which complement oriental rugs.
