Restored 200-year-old farmhouse on 27 acres overlookinh Onquemonk Mt., has three air-conditioned rooms (one with twin beds, two with doubles-all with restored antiques), shared bath, sitting room with working fireplace, TV, VCR and screened porch. Country breakfast includes homemade maple syrup, jams. Fifteen minutes to Northampton and I-91. Two-night minimum for some weekends.
Rates: $65-$80 Sg-Db.

Upstairs - queen bedroom plus single sofa bed, sitting room, full kitchen, bath, balcony; Downstairs - queen bedroom plus single day bed, fireplaces, bath, living room, kitchen. Writers/artist studio/European feeling, full bed, claw foot tub/no shower, kitchenette, faux wood stove. Great views. Rate: $150 per night for *Independent guests/Vacation Rental, $200 per night for B&B Guests - $40 for adults and $25 for children per additional person after two. Extended stays. 15 minutes to Northampton.
