Fox Pond has three bedrooms:
*First floor:*
Coral Room: Second Floor-Front Left	The Coral Room is a large sunny room with 32" wall mounted HDTV, AC, period antiques, oil paintings and oriental rugs. There is an Eldred Wheeler queen canopy bed decorated with pillows and shams matching the window treatments for a warm and cozy experience. Attached to the room is a full marble bathroom with tub, custom shower with a vaulted ceiling and two skylights and custom mahogany vanity.	*In season:* Mon-Thurs: $125; Fri - Sun: $150 *Off season:* Mon-Thurs: $90; Fri - Sun: $125
Cloud Room: Second Floor-Front Right	The Cloud Room is the combination of two previous bedrooms. It is a large sunny room with eastern and southern exposure. The room is furnished with an Eldred Wheeler queen bed, 32' wall mounted HDTV, AC, period antiques, oriental rugs, and oil paintings. Attached to the room is a designer bath with an oversized marble shower, artist edition sink and a view of the koi pond and formal gardens.	*In season:* Mon-Thurs: $125;Fri - Sun: $150 *Off season:* Mon-Thurs: $90;Fri - Sun: $125
Canton Suite: Second Floor-Rear	Asian inspired white marble bathroom combines with a minimalist décor in the bedroom to provide a calming experience for guests looking for quiet solitude and a bathroom that melds elegance and luxury at the highest level. A double Jacuzzi and marble shower will sooth away any stress. Curl up on the couch in the attached entertainment room and enjoy your favorite DVD on a wall mounted HDTV and view the patio and gardens below.	*In season:* Mon-Thurs: $175;Fri - Sun: $205 *Off season:* Mon-Thurs: $150;Fri - Sun: $175
*In season:* - May through October *Off season:* - November through April (There is no tax on the room rates)

Policies

Full refund less $20 booking fee if cancellation is at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
All rooms include continental breakfast consisting of an assortment of fresh muffins and fruits, cereals, yogurt, and fresh coffee, and juice.
Breakfast is served between 8:30 & 9:30. Coffee is available earlier.
TV/AC, Washers and Dryers, parking are available. No Smoking.
Children (10+yrs) are welcome.
Enjoy time in the living room with a fire and large screen TV.
Fox Pond is home to Sophie, a loving Golden Retriever.
