Policies...
  • Rates are per room single or double occupancy.
  • Three night minimum stay June-August. (Please plan to reserve a room well in advance, as we are usually fully booked during these busy months. Shorter stays during peak-season are booked when there are vacancies due to cancellations.)
  • Two night minimum stay September - May.
  • Price includes all taxes, tips, gratuities and a hearty country breakfast.
  • No Smoking within the house.
  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance due, if any, is payable upon arrival in cash or travelers' checks. We do not accept credit cards.
  • For cancellations, notification is required 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposit is then refunded, less a $20 service charge. With less than 20 days prior notice, refund will be given if accommodations can be re-booked.
