Nantucket Honeymoon Cottage
Located a few steps from the main house, this spacious and very private honeymoon cottage has ocean views with over 800 sq. ft. of living space on two floors. Outside you can relax in your patio garden and dining area, both enclosed in a private hedge. On the first floor of the Nantucket cottage you will find a light-filled "kitchen" area, perfect for fixing a light lunch or snack, a wainscotted bathroom with whimsically tiled shower stall, pedestal sink, and plush terry bathrobes and a "great room" with cathedral ceiling, bleached wood walls, and a gallery of fine paintings by a local artist. Savor the ocean views through one of the 9' doors, spend a few hours reading the latest novel, enjoy the romance of your gas fireplace, or take a nap on your sofa. Upstairs you will find the quintessential Cape Cod bedroom: white shutters, skylight, maple plank flooring and a Queen size white wrought iron sleigh bed perfectly highlighted by the blue and white bed linens.
