  • Cancellation:
    • Prior to 7 days of your arrival date, your deposit refunded less $20 cancellation charge
    • Within 7 days of your arrival day, 1/2 the stay with a minimum of one-night room charge.

Bob is employed by an international engineering company involved in consulting and constructing power facilities in the international and domestic markets. Maureen owns and manages a residential home cleaning service.
