Provincetown, Massachusetts (MA) Bed & Breakfast: This meticulously restored colonial inn a block from Commercial Street includes the 1776 main house and auxiliary buildings. Guest rooms have four-poster or canopy beds, Oriental rugs on wide-board floors, and antique furnishings; some have fireplaces or kitchens. The garden and the wicker-filled sunporch are good places for afternoon cocktails or breakfast -- which you can also enjoy inside before the warm glow of the fireplace on cold days.

Policies

All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
These rates do not include applicable room taxes.
Rates reflect Off Season/Mid Season/High Season.
Visa/MasterCard/American Express and cash are accepted.
Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.
100% deposit is required for one night bookings; 50% deposit is required for all other bookings of 2 nights or more.
Deposits for reservations for holidays and special events are non-refundable.
There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
Otherwise, you may cancel your reservation up to 21 days prior to your arrival and obtain a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee, plus tax, per room and reservation.
Within 21 to 2 days of your reservation, the deposit less the $50 cancellation fee is refundable if the room is rebooked.
Cancellations within 2 days of your reservation will require forfeiture of the deposit as well as the balance due for your stay, if we are unable to rebook the room.
Check-In: 2 - 7 p.m. If you are arriving after 6 pm please call to advise us of your arrival time.
Check-Out: 11:30 a.m.
Smoking is only permitted outside the inn in our garden space and on our decks.
Our inn is considered a quiet, romantic getaway, not appropriate for children.
We are sorry that we do not have accommodations for pets.

*Fairbanks Suite*	This luxury apartment is our most spacious accommodation. It features a private bathroom with full sized tub and a separate eat-in kitchen, living room and bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Private entrance, private deck with table and chairs. Maximum occupancy 2.	$155/$179/$275
