Clara's Cottage Suite - Our most spacious and private, the Cottage Suite is 700 SF and decorated in contemporary flair with a King Bed, Jacuzzi Tub and Shower Bath with skylight to view the moon and stars, Fireplace in the Living Room, AC, TV, VCR, CD; Private Brick Patio w/ tete a tete table and chairs, and eat-in Kitchen ~ one of our latest renovations in silky hues of apple green, sky blue and sunny gold. H-mmm...H-mmm!!
Maximum Occupancy 3. $255 per night.

Nancy - Our largest deluxe room and very private with its own private entrance, King Canopy Rice Poster Bed, Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub and Shower Bath, Fireplace, AC, TV, VCR, CD. Fireplace and sitting area with a handsome, large mirrored armoire, facing lovely green lawns, rest and relax under the oaks and maples with lacy iron garden table and chairs for the two of you.

Shimmering ivory sheers window-side ~ facing the rising sun and whispering oaks and maples on the north lawn.

Policies...

Deposits: 1 - 4 nights payment in full or 50% 8+ nights including tax. Balance due will be charged automatically to your credit card 21 days prior to arrival date unless we receive a check by that date. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival, as well as Gift Certificates, require non-canceling, non-refundable payment in full at time of sale. Reservations and Gift Certificates are non-transferable. Cardholder's signature is required for booking.
Cancellations/Refunds: 21 days notice for refund, less $25 per room per night or 10% of total sale, whichever is greater. On shorter notice, for any reason, we will refund your deposit upon full occupancy minus the cancel fee.
Our Unique Niche at this Special Inn is for Couples and Singles seeking a quiet romantic getaway; hence it is inappropriate for children or pets
Dunscroft is a non-smoking property.
We offer one bedstead per room. Cots and cribs are not available.
