• Double Rooms: 6 double rooms, all with king size beds (or two twin beds) and private baths.

• Additional Person/Roll-A-Way: $20
• Massachusetts State Room Tax: 12.45%
• All rates subject to change, some holidays and weekends may have higher rates.
• Dates Open: All year round.
• Room must be guaranteed with Visa or MasterCard.
• Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, cash or traveler's checks. Sorry no personal checks accepted.
• Minimum two night stay on selected weekends
• Check-in: 1 pm
• Check-out: 11 am
• Please contact the Club office at least 24 hours prior to arrival to establish check-in procedure.
• We have found it to be quicker and more convenient to settle your bill upon check-in.

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Any time after booking there is a $20 cancellation fee.
  • However, with any cancellation made within 72 hours of your arrival, you are responsible for any portion of your stay that we are unable to rebook.
• Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed in the building.
• Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Local Transportation: Green Line "Arlington" MBTA stop is around the corner on Arlington Street.
• Nearby Activities: One block from Newbury Street and Boylston Street shopping and restaurants. One block from the Public Garden.
