Clark House

A large suite with a King Bed, two twin beds in a dormer, sitting area, private bath, refrigerator, overlooks the gazebo area and a "Peek" of the Harbor. Maximum Number of guests is 4. Double Occupancy, additional guests over the age of 7 are $15 each.

Maximum number of guests is 5.

• Full payment in advance is required for reservations under the following conditions:
  • Reservation is over a holiday period,
  • Reservation is one to three nights,
  • Reservation is made within 21 days from date of arrival.
• 50% deposit required with reservations of four or more nights unless made within 21 days from date of arrival.
• Balance will be charged to credit card on file on the morning of arrival unless other arrangements have been made with Innkeeper.
• Cancellation:
  • If any part of the reservation is cancelled outside 21 days from date of arrival, 10% or $25 (whichever is greater) will be kept by the Inn. This applies to both number of days per room and number of rooms.
  • If any part of the reservation is cancelled inside 21 days from date of arrival, then no monies will be refunded unless the entire reservation is rebooked.
• Deposits are forfeited for late arrival or early departure for any reason.
• Guests who occupy their room for any portion of their reservation and cancel or shorten their stay, shall be responsible for the entire reservation period.
• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or cash.
