This charming, totally refurbished Cape Cod bed and breakfast inn was originally built in 1739 on land purchased from the resident Native Americans. Our bed and breakfast is surrounded by extensive gardens, with a splendid array of seasonal flowers, the Chapoquoit Inn affords you the perfect place to relax and unwind. You are encouraged to take advantage of the attractive spacious living room, sunlit breakfast room, deck or garden with its gazebo to find a private spot or socialize with other guests.

Choose one of our spacious guestrooms, lovingly decorated for your ultimate comfort with luxurious linens, colorful quilts and an abundance of pillows. All rooms have private full baths, ample closets and high-quality mattresses.

Policies

Based on double occupancy.
Additional persons $25 each.
All rates include breakfast and are subject to change without notice.
Rates do not include a 5.7% MA room tax and 4% local tax.
Prepayment is required for 1 or 2 night stay.
Stay of 3 or more nights requires a 50% deposit.
Balance is due upon arrival.
Reservations canceled 14 days in advance will be refunded, less a $25/room handling fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be refunded based on the re-rental of the room for the nights reserved, less the $25/room handling fee.
Check-in: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. (Later by special arrangement).
Check-out: by 11 a.m.
Children over 12 years of age are welcome.
Sorry, no pets.
Smoking is restricted to designated areas in the garden.
