Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts (MA) Bed & Breakfast: Upon entering the elegant foyer, with its grandly curving staircase, you are led into a comfortable common seating-and-breakfast area. Ceilings in the guestrooms are probably the highest you'll find in the area, and the rooms are furnished with well-chosen antiques and period reproductions. The two suites with sitting areas are spacious. The inn is centrally located in Yarmouth Port village just off the Old King's Highway with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Behind the inn are miles of wooded walking trails.

We strive to provide all the comforts of home coupled with exceptional service to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with convenient amenities including phones, Cable TV, DVD players and/or VCRs, private bathrooms and plush pillow top mattresses. Policies and Guest Information
  • A stay of three nights or less requires payment in full when reservation is made.
  • Longer stays require a 50% deposit with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • Check in: 3 - 6 p.m., or by prior arrangement; Check out: 11 a.m.
  • At the time of reservation, we request full payment for stays of three nights or less and 50% payment for longer stays.
  • For stays 4 nights or longer, the remaining 50% will be billed to your credit card 14 days before your arrival.
  • (Holiday weekend reservations require full payment for 3 nights or less at the time of booking.)
  • Once reserved with a credit card, rooms are guaranteed for the entire stay, regardless of deposit, and guests are
  • responsible for the total balance of nights reserved.
  • If you cancel or shorten your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit (less the processing fee) will be refunded.
  • Otherwise, your deposit will be refunded only to the extent that we re-rent the room(s).
  • There is a $50 per room processing fee for any cancellation or shortening of a reservation
  • There is usually a Minimum stay of 2 nights for peak season weekends; 3 night minimum for holiday weekends during some off-peak holidays and all peak season holidays required.
  • Sometimes we can accommodate a one-night reservation so call to check. If we do take a one night reservation from you, a $15 one night fee will be added to the total and we reserve the right to change the room assignment to be able to accommodate a longer stay request in the room you chose for another guest.
  • We are a non-smoking inn.
  • In consideration of all our guests, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.
  • Rates may be subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to re-rent accommodations in the event of a cancellation; sometimes it requires us to run a special pricing with the local area Chamber of Commerce's. In the event that we have to reduce the rate to gain occupancy, you will not be refunded the difference needed to compensate the reduced rate to equal the normal rate. A written copy of this policy is provided with a confirmation letter. Please note that because we are a small bed and breakfast, and because our business is seasonal, cancellations without 14 day notice make it difficult to re-rent accommodations without loss to our establishment.
