• Reservation And Cancellation Policy:
  
  • 100% advance deposit to confirm stay of 2 nights or less
    
  • 50% advance deposit for longer stays
    
  • Deposits accepted by credit card or by check within 5 days
    
  • Full refund of deposit upon notice at least 2 weeks prior to arrival less a $25 cancellation fee.
    
  • For less than 2 weeks notice, refund only made if we are able to re-book your accommodation less a $25 cancellation fee.
