Our Suite building offers 5 beautiful deluxe suites (3 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom suites). The one bedroom suites will accommodate up to four guests. The two bedroom suites will accommodate up to six guests. Use of all other facilities at 'By the Sea' Guests Bed & Breakfast are also included. The Breakfast is not available to the occupants of suites. The suites are rented on a daily or weekly basis. Due to the requirements of zoning, and other changes, the set limit of persons per unit will be strictly adhered to. These changes require us to limit the number of parking spaces available to only one automobile per unit which will apply to the main house as well.

General Policies:

• We are a non-smoking Inn.
• Sorry, we can not accommodate pets in our complex.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, American Express and Discover.
• Prices are subject to change.
• Parking will be limited to one car per unit for both suites and rooms.

Suite Policies:

• Check-In is 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Later arrivals must be prearranged.
• Check-Out is 11:00 a.m. We regret that a $100 per hour fee will be charged for a delayed departure.
• Minimum stays can apply, please inquire for details.
• For weekly stays, an imprint of your credit card will be taken to cover a security deposit.
• Deposits are refundable, less a $75 service charge, if notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• The balance must be paid in full upon arrival.
