The Bed & Breakfast is a private suite with separate entrances, bath, and deck, on the second floor of a wing attached to our home in Plainfield, Massachusetts. The bedroom has a double bed with an available queen sofa bed. The suite's kitchenette is fully stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for midnight snacks or when coming in from a day of cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, or hiking. And if you need to stay connected, wired and wireless high-speed internet access is available. Children are welcome, but no pets, please.

Brookwood B&B is located just minutes from the Academy at Swift River, and midway between the Five College area and Williams College. It is a convenient drive to Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, and attractions in Northampton and Shelburne Falls. Many state forests and parks are nearby, and the area offers winter cross-country and downhill skiing, maple sugar, hiking, golfing, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, and the world's best fall foliage.

• The rate is $95 per night, for up to two people (double occupancy), including breakfast.
• A deposit of the first night's lodging is required to reserve your room.
• We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
• A charge of $35 will be added for each additional person.
• We welcome children of any age, and kids under 6 stay free with their parents.
• A minimum stay of two nights is required on weekends and holidays.
• Reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations with less notice, your deposit will be returned if we are able to rebook the room.
• Check-in is 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Earlier or later check-in may be arranged.
• Check-out is at 11:00 am on date on departure.
• Brookwood Bed and Breakfast is smoke-free.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
