• Reservations are accepted as they are received, so a phone call before you arrive is recommended. Please book as early as you can, especially for July and August.
• For stays of less than three nights, full pre-payment is due within seven days. For stays of four nights or more, holidays, or Nantucket special events, we require a 50 percent deposit within seven days after you make your reservation, with the balance due upon arrival.
• For reservations made less than two weeks prior to your arrival, your payment must be wired directly, or charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. In this case, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10 percent handling charge. If less than two weeks' notice is given, your deposit, less the handling charge, will only be refunded if we can re-book the room. We cannot be responsible for late arrivals or early departures due to weather or any other circumstances. Please remember that, because of Nantucket's unique location, we must rely on advance reservations; a cancelled room cannot always be filled.
• Check in time is 2 p.m.; Check-out time is 11 a.m. You may store your luggage should your travel plans require you to arrive earlier, or depart later than our posted time.
