  • Guest rates are $75-$140 depending on private or shared bath and season. Rates are subject to change.
  • Advance deposit for one night is required seven days from due date reservation is made.
  • Full payment is due upon arrival.
  • We accept personal checks and cash.
  • If cancellation is given two weeks prior to reservation date, deposit will be refunded.

Policies & Information

  • We are smoke free and tax exempt (in Massachusetts there is no occupancy tax if you have 3 rooms or less.
  • We welcome children over 12 years.
  • A hearty sit down continental breakfast awaits you in our formal dining room with fine china.
  • Check-in 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out 11:00 a.m.
