Room 2, Junior Suite

Once the library of the home, Room 2 boasts a full wall of bookshelves, sunken bathroom with separate shower room and beautiful mission-style decor. Equiped with a King Size DUXIANA mattress. Private bath. Pull-out sofa bed available to accommodate a third party member.

Room 3, Junior Suite

The original formal dining room of the house now stands as the premier junior suite at the Bertram Inn. Custom chenille draperies, original wood paneling, a crystal chandelier, and marble fireplace create an ambiance of warmth and luxury. King Size Bed and Private Bath. Pull-out sofa bed available to accommodate a third party member.

Room 10, Deluxe Room

Decorated in an updated French country style, this room boasts beautiful toile draperies, black painted furniture, and a romantic linen draped canopy bed. Queen size bed and private bath.

Room 12, Deluxe Room

Sky blue rose wallpaper and Eastlake furniture lend color and cheer to this room situated in a sunny corner of the house. 2 queen size beds and private bath.

Room 4, Deluxe Room	Two large arched windows draped in damask flood this corner room with sunlight. Historical hummingbird wallpaper and period decor make this room a cheery respite from your journey. Equipped with a queen size DUXIANA mattress. private bath.
Room 5, Standard Room	Warm and cozy, with a private detached bathroom, room 5 is adorned with beautifully carved wood furniture and deep green wallpaper. The bathroom for this unit is a PRIVATE bath outside of the room. Queen size bed
Room 6, Standard Room	One of the smaller rooms in the house, this bright and cheerful nook is decorated with cottage style furniture and Victorian fashion prints. Full size bed and private bath.
Room 7, Deluxe Room	Gold-toned wallpaper and deep mahogany furniture and Thai silk draperies create a warm mood in this engaging, sun-filled room. Queen size bed and private bath. Space available for a roll-away bed to accommodate a third party member.
Room 9, Deluxe Room	Dark blue wallpaper with green velvet curtains and a pair of `king and queen` chairs welcomes guests to this quiet room. Queen size bed and private bath. Space available for a roll-away bed to accommodate a third party member.
Room 11, Standard Room	Cheerful room with a queen size bed, this provides a dressing area, private bathroom with tub, Eastlake inspired furniture, and bright floral bedding in a quaint attic space. Queen size bed and private bath.
Room 14, Deluxe Room	Feminine and light, room 14 is adorned with raspberry chenille drapes, a brass bed and floral prints reminiscent of a country cottage. King size bed and private bath
Room 15, Standard Room	A russet maple leaf-patterned wallpaper sets the tone in this cozy room of autumn hues furnished with Victorian parlor chairs. Full size bed and private bath.
Room 16, Junior Suite	This third floor room has been transformed into a spacious aerie decorated with golden leaf wallpaper and velvet-covered Eastlake chaise lounge and chairs. King size bed and private bath. Pull-out sofa bed available to accommodate a third party member.

Policies

Upon making a reservation, we require a one-night deposit..
All rates subject to change without notice.
During specific event dates the rates will range from $289-$349.
Rates do not include 9.7% Massachusetts lodging tax.
Rates based on double occupancy, $20 charge for each additional person.
2-Day minimum for certain special events.
Check-in: 3 - 10 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
A notice to the Bertram Inn of at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival is required in order to avoid a penalty.
Our Inn features 14 luxury, tastefully decorated rooms. Due to our limited number of guest rooms, your accommodation is guaranteed at the time of reservation by charging your credit card a deposit equivalent to the first night stay (including tax).
You may cancel your reservation with penalty resulting in a $20 booking fee which will be applied for reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
The fee for a late cancellation is the room cost for any nights that we are unable to resell.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, cash and Traveler's checks.
Children are welcome.
We are a non-smoking establishment; designated areas have been created outside on our patio and porch.
