Berkshire 1802 House B & B - Sheffield, Massachusetts Located in the historic town of Sheffield, Berkshire County's oldest town and antiques shopping capital, The Berkshire 1802 House will offer you country charm in a friendly setting.

Set on almost two acres of lawn and gardens, our 200 + year-old home offers a gracious and peaceful setting for your stay in the Berkshires. Its seven rooms, private baths, comfortable dining room, warm parlor, and open and screened porches provide a relaxing environment where you may unwind, relax and build pleasant memories of your visit to the area.

Each morning wake up to a delicious home-made breakfast served in our dining room, or in the summer, on our screened porch. Enjoy our freshly baked muffins and breads, fresh fruits, coffee and teas, juices, cereals and hot entrees such as frittatas, waffles, pancakes, and French toast. .

After your busy day enjoying the Berkshires, join us for late afternoon refreshments before heading out to an evening of world-class dining and entertainment. Upon your return, our cozy parlor provides an inviting place to read your favorite book, watch TV, or chat with other guests. High speed wireless Internet is available.

Rates and Policies
  • May 1 - October 31: From $100 to $175/double occupancy
  • November - April 30: From $95 to $155/double occupancy
  • Room rates include a full breakfast.
  • Rates are subject to MA room tax.
  • We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
  • Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit (minimum deposit - one night rental).
  • Deposits are totally refundable (less a $20 transaction handling fee) provided we receive your cancellation 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • A two-night minimum policy applies on certain weekends.
  • Check in: 3 - 9 PM.; Check-out: 11 AM.
  • Children 8 years and older are welcome. For children under 8 years, please inquire.
  • An additional charge of $25 for third person in a room per night
  • No smoking. No Pets..
