Introduction

The Beech Tree Bed & Breakfast is an intimate, three-guestroom inn offering year-round accommodations in the heart of Rockport, Massachusetts. The 1880's Greek Revival home, recently restored in 2002, has been transformed into an elegant and casual bed and breakfast experience.

Relax in our secluded perennial garden with a stone patio and an open porch with a rocking chair to enjoy the seacoast weather and the shade of the 100-year-old beech tree. The inn is in walking distance to the village center and harbor.

Each morning enjoy a full breakfast by candlelight served in our beautiful dining room or, weather
permitting, on our patio. The menu includes fruit, homemade granola, and a wonderful breakfast dish.

All guestrooms feature: cable television, ceiling fan and air conditioning, soft Turkish towels and robes, hair dryer, flowers, spring water, and sweets.

Marga's Room features a queen-size poster bed, large private bath with soaking tub and rainforest showerhead. $130 $115
The Deco Room features a vintage queen-size bed, private bath (directly outside room) with soaking tub and shower. $110 $100
Bed & Breakfast Suite overlooks our garden and features a queen-size Shaker-style poster bed, sitting area with daybed, refrigerator, and large private bath with soaking tub and shower. $145

Policies

  • Rates reflect double occupancy, per night.
  • $20 extra for 3rd person in Suite.
  • Rates include a full homemade breakfast and afternoon refreshment.
  • 2-night minimum stay is required during "in-season" weekends (Holiday weekends my differ).
  • Further discounts for extended stays (4 days or more).
  • A deposit of one night's stay received within seven days is required to hold reservation.
  • Balance is due upon arrival.
  • One-week cancellation notice required for deposit refund, minus $25.00 service charge.
  • We accept major credit cards, but prefer checks.
  • Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 11 AM.
  • No Pets, No smoking.
