We are located just two miles west of Boston's Copley Square! Neighborhood charm in the city, our Victorian style Bed & Breakfast boasts 10 individually decorated guest rooms and is conveniently located just west of the Boston line, providing our guests with surroundings that are ideal for relaxing and/or exploring! Enjoy downtown Boston in 15 minutes via the nearby trolley, walk to museums, local shops, restaurants, and world renowned medical facilities; play in the park, sit under our apple tree, or pop some popcorn and enjoy our video collection.. whatever your choice of activities, a stay with us is a pleasant interlude for a night, weekend, or week at affordable prices. Beech Tree Inn was built in approximately 1885 as a private home. But by 1906, the residents listed in the Brookline Telephone Directory (Yes!) offered a rooming house service as well! The current owner has owned the inn since 1971! |

We are two blocks from the last leg of the Boston Marathon and within walking distance from Fenway Park, one of America's oldest baseball fields, where the Red Sox play, close to the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Isabella Stuart Gardener Museum, as well as the birthplace of John F. Kennedy. Boston's Harbor Fest takes place each Fourth of July week and we are a 20 minute T ride from those festivities! We are also a ten minute walk from Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital, and Beth Israel Hospital.

Iin our front yard, there's a huge old copper beech tree surrounded by plantings. We have a nice yard with flower gardens, and we have a flagstone patio beneath a quaint old apple tree. In the summer we have a cedar table and chairs and a love seat glider beneath its twinkly lights!
We offer a complimentary continental breakfast each morning, fresh-baked muffins, croissants or rolls, juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola and cereal!

Rate Schedule: Rates range from $120-$150 for Double Occupancy Rooms.
We offer Single Occupancy Rates and Discounts on Mid-Week Double Occupancy Bookings.
We can book reservations by e-mail or by phone.
We ask for a credit card number to hold the room; we request a two-week notice of cancellation.
