Falmouth Room This cozy first-floor room with queen canopy bed and private bath becomes a spacious suite in warmer weather. The sun filled porch is the perfect setting to enjoy a private breakfast. Sankaty Room

Tucked away in the rear of the Carriage House, the Sankaty Room offers you private and peaceful accommodation. The queen cannonball bed is covered by a colorful red and white patchwork quilt and lush pillows. Country furnishings, antiques, and novel wall displays give this room a unique charm.

Nobska Room

Cotuit Room

This cheerful second floor room has a light floral touch, from the pink poppy stencils to the flowered wreaths that decorate the walls. The white queen bed is adorned with a hand-stitched pastel pink quilt and abundant pillows. The room also has several antique furnishings to add to its charm.

Rates/Information Inn/Carriage House - High-Season: $130 to $235, Off-Season: $105 to $195 Cape Cod Cottage - High Season: $250 daily, three night minimum, $1600 weekly; Off-Season: $200 daily, two night minimum, $1350 weekly 2 night minimum stay July/August weekends ; call for 1 night availability. 5.7% state and 4% local tax not included. Based on double occupancy. Three night minimum stay during in-season weekends. Rates include full breakfast and afternoon refreshments for Inn and Carriage House guests. Rates may be subject to change except on confirmed reservations. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Personal checks accepted for deposit only. Reservation Policy - Payment in full is required at the time of reservation on all stays of two nights or less. On reservations of three or more nights, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance in full is required two weeks prior to arrival. For your convenience MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Cancellation Policy - Each guest is responsible for the full length of his/her reservation. Reservations canceled at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full. In the case of 14 days or less notice, or shortened stays, refunds will be made subject to the Inn's ability to re-rent the room for the period of that reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 handling fee. Check-in: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Later arrival by special arrangement. Check-out: 11 a.m. For the comfort and safety of our guests, we are a non-smoking inn. We are able to accomodate children 12 years of age and older.
