Rates & Guest Information

Peak Season: April 1 - October 31: $195 - $290
All rates are based on double occupancy per night stay.
There is an additional charge of $30 per person per night in rooms which can accommodate more than two.
Rates may be subject to change, except on confirmed reservations, and DO NOT include MA tax of 5.7% and Local tax of 4%.
Prepayment is required for a minimum of two nights or 50%, whichever is larger, to guarantee your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.
We accept Cash, Traveler's Check, Visa, and MasterCard.
Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $25 service charge per room.
Refunds for cancellation within 14 days will be subject to re-rental of the room less a $25 service charge per room.
Check-in and Check out time: by prior arrangement only.
No smoking.
Children ten years of age and older are invited.
No pets.
