Guest Rooms/Rates
The Carriage Suite offers a king-sized bed, double whirlpool tub and wood-burning fireplace in the bedroom, private bathroom with shower, Cable TV with DVD/iPod dock, small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. A gourmet continental breakfast with yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread and pastries, juice and hot beverage is served in the room. Off-street parking. Daily maid service. With advance notice, we can even arrange for a masseuse to come to your room. We have hard wired Broadband Ethernet and Wi-Fi Internet in your suite.
Rates and Policies
Rates: In season Memorial Day thru Columbus Day Weekend, and holidays and holiday weekends all year $275 a day for double occupancy. Off season $225.
We have a single person discount Monday through Thursday except holidays at $100 a day.
We ask guests to guarantee their stay with a credit card, then send a cash deposit of one night or 50%, whichever is greater.
Balance is due by cash, check, money order or traveler's check on arrival.
No smoking in the house or on the property.
We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends, three nights on holiday weekends.
A single Sunday night may be available.
Our 14 day cancellation policy requires two weeks notice to cancel with $25 penalty.
If reservations are made more than two months in advance, a 50% or one night's cost (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit is required.
The balance is subject to the normal 14 cancellation policy.
