Aerie House
 We are proud to offer some of the best harbor views in Provincetown from our Guesthouse perched atop Miller Hill, located in Provincetown's charming East End gallery district. 		Aerie House - Provincetown, Massachusetts

At the Aerie House, we offer a complete range of accommodations including rooms with either shared or private baths, suites, and efficiencies. Travelers to Provincetown can find accommodations at our Guesthouse to match any budget. We have the right options whether one is seeking very affordable rates with our double rooms with shared bath, or looking for that special two-bedroom suite.

Our expanded continental breakfast is served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and is included as part of our room rate. When the weather is conducive, we serve breakfast outdoors on our large second floor deck, which allows our guests to enjoy our panoramic bay view as they start their morning. Typical menu offerings include freshly made baked goods, an assortment of cereals, fruit, yogurt, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, juices, coffee and tea. We also offer The Boston Globe, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal so you can remain in touch with the real world.

Guesthouse rooms feature air conditioning, refrigerators, coffee makers, cable TV, and DVD Players and some offer fireplaces. Guests can take advantage of our DVD library, WiFi Wireless High Speed Internet, bicycles, hot tub, home gym, private beach, and guest laundry facilities. Rates: $225/night. One parking space is available per room and complimentary champagne awaits you upon arrival. Smoking is only allowed in outside areas of the Guesthouse and is not allowed in any area inside including guest rooms.
