In these uncertain economic times, we are offering substantial discounts on the rates stated below for multi-night stays.
Book two nights in any room and receive a 10% discount, book three nights and receive a 15% discount or book four or more nights and receive a 20% discount!

Rate is per night, double occupancy, and includes room rate, taxes and amenities.
For additional guests the following charges will apply; first additional person, $25/night; second additional person, $10/night.

Robert Tobey Suite

The Tobey Suite is named for one of Sandwich's founding fathers, and the original owner of the property. Done in a luscious, deep red, the bedroom consists of a queen size bed, working fireplace and rocking chair. There is also a half bath in the room. The adjoining sitting room has a full size pullout sofa bed, wing back chair and TV/DVD. Included in the suite is a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool tub. Accommodates 2 - 4 guests.

Beloved general practitioner in Sandwich, Dr. Samuel Beale lived and practiced in this house from 1914 until 1967, and this two room first floor suite served as his waiting room and office. The large sitting room has a built-in bookcase, queen sized sofa bed, winged back chairs and an armoire with TV/DVD. Pass through a short hallway to enter the bedroom with a working fireplace (once the kitchen bee hive oven), four poster queen bed with lace canopy and rocking chair. The private bath has a standard tub and shower. Ideal for 2 - 4 guests or guests with mobility issues.

The Voden Room

Named after one of the master glass designers for the Sandwich Glass Factory, The Voden Room is peaceful and serene. With a queen size canopy bed, working fireplace, settee, TV/DVD and private bath with a wonderful rainfall shower, this second floor room is a perfect retreat for 2.

Guest Information
  • Reservations may be made by calling us between 8 am and 8 pm, or by using our secure on-line reservation system.
  • Check-in time is between 3 and 6 pm. However, late check-in is possible via prior arrangement.
  • Check-out time is 11 am.
  • Payment for the entire stay is due at check-in.
  • We do not charge a deposit for your stay. However, we do require a valid credit card to hold your reservation.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, traveler's checks & cash.
  • If made more than 14 days prior to your stay: A $25 administrative cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
  • Less than 14 days prior to your stay: The full amount of your confirmed stay will be charged to your card unless we can rebook the room for the entire length of your stay.
  • Should we rebook the room, there will be a $25 administrative cancellation fee charge only to your credit card.
  • Early departures & late arrivals are subject to the same cancellation fees as above.
  • If you need to change your reservation, a $25 administrative rebooking fee will be charged to your credit card if the rebooked stay is at the same length of stay as the original booking. Rebookings are subject to availability.
  • We are a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to anyone smoking inside the inn.
  • We welcome well-behaved children above the age of 8. We're sorry, but we are not equipped to accommodate infants or toddlers.
  • We have cats that are restricted to our private quarters or outdoors. However, we do not accept pets. We do have a wonderful kennel in Sandwich, and we are glad to help you arrange accommodations for your pet.
