  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking allowed outside.
  • Check-in is 2 - 5 pm (or make arrangements for a late check-in)
  • Check-out is 11 am
  • A full course breakfast is served 8 - 10 am.
  • Continental breakfast served earlier on request.
  • Special events & holidays require a minimum night stay.(Sugar Bowl, Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, July 4th, Thanksgiving, major New Orleans conventions). Non-refundable prepayment required at these times. See our Special Event cancellation policy below.
  • Standard Cancellation Policy
    • Our standard Cancellation Policy requires a 1 week notice.
    • Without 1 week notice we charge your credit card for any room nights that we can't rebook.
    • Credit cards are authorized when you make your reservation.
    • Your card is not charged until your arrival.
  • Special Event Cancellation Policy
    • Our Special Event & Holiday Policy requires a non-refundable 1 night deposit with the non-refundable balance due 1 month prior to your check in date.
    • Please include your fax number when making reservations for these times. We require a faxed signature.
  • As a 14 room property we must strictly follow our cancellation policies.
  • We suggest you purchase travel insurance (available on-line) to cover emergencies which are always unexpected.
