Jean Lafitte National Historical Park & Preserve Wetlands Acadian Cultural Center is a place where visitors are able to learn the story of the Acadian Settlers. Visitors can tour the swamp, eat Cajun food while listening to Cajun music, and watching Cajun dancers at Torres' Cajun Swamp Tours. Lovers of onion rings will want to check out Bubba's Cajun Cafe where they are known for the special rings. The atmosphere may not be fine dinning but the food is outstanding.
