  • All rooms must be reserved using a current credit card.
  • All rates are double occupancy per room per night.
  • Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due unless we are notified 10 days in advance of your scheduled reservation date.
  • Whole house rentals will require a 20-day advance notice for full refund. If we are able to re-book your room(s) to another guest we will offer a refund for the number of rooms re-booked.
  • Corporate Rates: We offer competitive corporate rates Sunday through Thursday, for our business travelers. Corporate rates are for single occupancy only. Please inquire about our current rates.
  • We have a no smoking policy inside all of our Bed and Breakfast properties. Smoking is allowed on the upstairs and downstairs galleries, porches and decks.
