Breaux Bridge, Louisiana (LA) Bed & Breakfast: The winner of a national preservation award, this one-story Creole-Caribbean cabin is one the best B&Bs for sheer comfort and style. The two front bedrooms have private bathrooms and the biggest windows. There is one communal TV with a VCR and a collection of old movies. The delightful owners are great fun and full of helpful hints. They live above their restaurant, Cafe Des Amis, where Maison guests can have breakfast. Pets are allowed.
