Guest Rooms/Rates

Evangeline This light airy cottage has lots of windows and is decorated in bold colors of reds, blues and greens. Families are very comfortable in it with the 2nd bedroom and if needed, the sofa sleeper. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. Gas fireplace in sitting room with queen sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen, large front porch with a wooden swing and a wonderful view of the lake.
Nightly rates: $150-250

Little Cypress Our Little Cypress is an Acadian style house, perfectly tucked into the woods with a deck and pier on the lake. This one bedroom cottage, with the bedroom upstairs in a loft, is just so perfect for that special weekend. Downstairs is the bathroom with stall shower, complete with kitchen and the lovely sitting room with fireplace, overlooking the lake.
Nightly Rate: $150.00

Magenta Magenta means "many colors", and was the original plantation name that the b&b resides on. Delightfully decorated sharecropper cottage with nostalgia from years gone-by. Large 2 bedroom cottage with queen bed in one bedroom and full size bed in 2nd bedroom. Great front porch with wooden swing faces the lake with a private deck and pier. This cottage has a nice sitting room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps four.
Nightly rates: $150-225

Schoolhouse/Jacuzzi Suite Built in 1830, this once one-room Schoolhouse from Washington, LA, appropriately named "Schoolhouse", is a wonderful cottage with it's 12 foot ceilings, stenciling and Americana theme. Complete with 2-person jacuzzi tub, separate shower, large bedroom with queen size iron bed. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room with fireplace. Front porch with wooden swing faces the lake for a lovely view.
Rate: $175.00

Playhouse Our smallest cottage is an open style 2 room suite with wonderful stained glass windows and loads of charm. Great view of the lake thru the double french doors in the bedroom. Queen size iron bed, small sitting room and dining area and shower in the bathroom. Nice front porch and a private pier on the lake.
Rate: $125.00

Guest Information

Check In: after 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
Deposit: required in the amount of one night's stay, at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations: A 10-day notice must be given prior to arrival date for refund, less $25.00 cancellation fee. Holidays and special events require a 30-day prior cancellation notice.
Payment: Major credit cards accepted, as well as cash and travelers' checks
Boats and canoes are available for guest use, and are included in the rate of the cottage.
All Cottages are non-smoking.
