Located in the historic district of Bardstown
this house in classical revival style is
only a short 3-block stroll to the center of town,
and 2 blocks from the dinner train.
Only 35 minutes from the Louisville Airport.

Built in 1905, The Veranda Bed and Breakfast boasts a solarium with fountain, dining room with fireplace and hand-painted murals recently re-discovered during renovations.

A welcoming, wide front porch opens to the foyer featuring a superb crystal chandelier. The comfortable living room has a fireplace, cable TV and stained glass window. Each guest room also has cable TV.

Gift Shop available to guests. The house features artifacts from 4 continents, Persian and Chinese carpets, original oil paintings and an international doll collection. Murals in dining room painted by Zuber around 1900.
