Introduction

The Treehouse B & B sits just inside the City of Paris corporate limits, but is tucked between two internationally renowned horse farms. We're in the heart of Kentucky's thoroughbred racing country, only 14 miles from Lexington and Keeneland racetrack.

Designed for rustic comfort, The Treehouse is small enough to be cozy and big enough for plenty of privacy and entertaining. Three canoes and a pontoon boat open up 13 miles of Stoner Creek to floating fun for our guests. The Treehouse pontoon boat is available for private parties of up to 10.

Breakfast

Breakfast every day starts with plenty of hot tea or coffee, followed by special breads or muffins, fruit, a variety of juices, and your choice of cereals. You'll also choose between an omelet or a fancy waffle. Either comes with a choice of sausage or crispy bacon. Be sure to try the locally made blackberry jam!

The Treehouse is surrounded by a wide deck, and enough cozy nooks to enjoy the view in sunshine or rain. All areas of the deck and treehouse are furnished with stereo. The Loft is a cozy getaway from the world, equipped with television, computer, and stereo for watching TV, listening to music or checking email. Our guests are also in charge of the screened-in porch, the decks and the stone fireplace living room. The two rooms share a full bath. There is an additional half bath downstairs for guest use.

Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and immediate access to The Treehouse elevator, $100 plus tax
The Birdnest
Twin beds, antique rocking chair, and in-room music system, $85 plus tax

Policies

  • Smoking is permitted on our balcony and decks, but not indoors.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, personal checks and cash.
  • Cancellations are required at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a charge of one night's lodging.
  • Check-in: 4 - 7 p.m.; Check-out: 11 a.m. Let us know if special arrangements are needed.
