• The year-round rate is $159 per room, per night.
• If you would like to rent both rooms and enjoy the entire house to yourself, we offer a special rate of $275 per night.
• Weekly rates are also available.
• All room rates are subject to a 6% KY sales tax and 3% local tax.
• A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard, money orders, and traveler's checks.
• If you must cancel, we kindly request 48-hour notice. Deposits are nonrefundable on cancellations of shorter notice.
• Check-in time is 3 p.m. daily, and checkout is 11 a.m.; however, we are happy to arrange early or late check-in to accommodate your schedule.
• Smoking is not permitted in the bed and breakfast, and for their safety, pets are not permitted on the property.
