Mountain Springs Inn is situated on 32 acres in pristine Jackson County, Kentucky. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Berea and 45 minutes from Lexington or London. The Inn features 12 tastefully decorated guestrooms, each with a private bath and satellite TV. Each room has a great view of the property and surrounding countryside. Our spacious dining room can comfortably seat 30-40 guests. The incredible view and "homey" feel makes the dining room a favorite spot to just "hang out" in the morning while enjoying a hot mug of coffee or tea. |
| Each morning, guests are treated to a continental breakfast featuring fresh baked breads, pastries and seasonal fruits. Don't worry the coffee will be ready when you are. (Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements). Enjoy your breakfast each morning while taking in a breathtaking view from our dining room or outside deck. You may get lucky and see one of our resident critters. Deer, wild turkey and fox are regularly sighted here. Slippers and "jammies" are welcome! |

Come "wet a line" in the Inn's well stocked pond or just poke around in a Phoenix Poke BoatŪ. The pond is a great place for a romantic picnic, afternoon nap or just plain old peace and quiet. Take a leisurely trail ride on the Inn's private trails. Bring your own horse or ride one of ours. All riders must participate in horsemanship orientation and safety before taking an Inn guided ride. |

At the days end, relax in the common room. Play a game of pool, horseshoes, cards or just "chill out" with a bowl of popcorn in front of the Inn's large screen TV. Yes, we will have sports channels! Located on Hwy 2004 in Sand Gap, Kentucky, Just 1.2 miles off of US Hwy 421 (20 minutes from Berea, 45 minutes from Lexington or London, KY). |
