Each guest room has eleven-foot ceilings, elegant moldings, and is complete with a full bath. Every morning guests awaken to the aroma of fresh coffee and are treated to a delicious breakfast prepared by the Innkeeper.

Some of the city's finest restaurants and shops, as well as the downtown nightlife, are within walking distance. The famed Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland Race Course, and a variety of must-see Bluegrass attractions are minutes away. After a day of sightseeing, our beautiful garden is the ideal backdrop for a relaxing retreat. Room Description Rates
The Bluegrass Suite
Is the larger of two suites. It is located in the rear of the house, overlooking our rear garden and the Victorian homes of Fayette Park. This Suite has a king-sized sleigh bed, comfortable parlor, and spacious bathroom. 		Weekday - $239
Weekend - $269
The Shaker Suite
is located in the front of the house and overlooks the front garden and historic Broadway. The Suite has a queen-sized rake-style bed, cozy parlor, and spacious bathroom. 		Weekday - $209
Weekend - $239
The Belle Brezing Room
is spacious with a king-sized sleigh bed, an over-stuffed loveseat, cherry furnishings, standard bath, and prints of Monet's water gardens. 		Weekday - $209
Weekend - $189
The Headley Room
has a queen-sized rice bed, tartan love-seat, cherry furnishings, and a standard bath. 		Weekday - $169
Weekend - $189
The Keeneland Room
receives the morning sun and is especially bright and cheerful. The room has a queen-sized four-poster bed, red oak furnishings, love-seat, and a private bath 15 steps down the hall.

Rates will vary during Special Events.

CANCELLATION POLICY: During the regular season, the cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to the date of check-in. Hoever, the cancellation deadline for Special Events is 21 days prior to check-in. These Special Events include, but are not limited to, the Keeneland Meets, Rolex Three Day Events, and Kentucky Derby. If you miss these deadlines you will be charged a Cancellation Penalty, which is 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

Breakfast at the Lyndon House is a delightful combination of good food, great conversation, and Victorian splendor. A pleasant way to start a day!
