| 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE |
4 Tbs. flour
4 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbs. milk
3 Tbs. oil
3 Tbs. chocolate chips (optional)
small splash vanilla
1 large coffee mug
Mix ingredients in mug and place in microwave (on high). Cook for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug which is normal. Allow to cool a little--eat out of mug or tip out on a plate.
