Charles and Allison Sobieck, who own and operate The Doolin House Inn, are both professional chefs with culinary degrees. Together, they find great joy in entertaining, whether it's serving a gourmet meal, providing a warm and elegant place to stay, or just passing on a friendly smile. Their passion for cooking has now been taken to a more personal level with their new bed & breakfast.
