How To Find Us

From Fort Knox area:
Take 31W to Highway 60 West towards Hardinsburg, KY. At Harned, turn on to HWY 79 and 259 (signs to Rough River State Park and Resort). Travel approximately 10 miles until you cross Rough River Lake and enter the outer limits of McDaniels. Turn right on to HWY 79 at the 1st State Bank and Fentress Marine. Travel approximately 2.5 miles passing Nicks Boat Landing, Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church (both on your right), and the Blue Hardinsburg water tower (on your left). Turn right on to Army Navy Lane. We are down the hill on the right, follow the signs to The Colonel’s Inn.

From Leitchfield (Western Kentucky Parkway):
Off of the Western KY Pkwy., travel North on 259 to the courthouse. Take SR 54 West for 11 Miles. Turn right onto SR 79 North and travel 12 miles to the intersection of SR 105 and SR 79 (Blinking light at Sand Knob Cemetery), Turn right onto SR 79 and travel 3/4 Mile. Turn left on to Army Navy Lane. We are down the hill on the right, follow the signs to The Colonel’s Inn.

From the Louisville Area: Take 1-65 to Elizabethtown:
Travel west on the Western Kentucky Parkway. Take Exit 107 and then north on 259 to Leitchfield. At the courthouse Take SR 54 West for 11 Miles. Turn right onto SR 79 North and travel approximately 12 miles to the junction of SR 105 and SR 79 (Blinking light at Sand Knob Cemetery), Turn right onto SR 79 and travel 1 Mile. Turn left on to Army Navy Lane. We are down the hill on the right, follow the signs to The Colonel’s Inn.

From Elizabethtown:

Take SR 185 North to Caneyville. Take SR 79 North past Rough River Dam to intersection of SR 105 and SR 79 (Blinking light at Sand Knob Cemetery), Turn right onto SR 79 and travel 3/4 Mile. Turn left on to Army Navy Lane. We are down the hill on the right, follow the signs to The Colonel’s Inn.

From Owensboro:
Take Highway 60 East through Hardinsburg to Harned. Turn right at stoplight on to HWY 79 and 259 (signs to Rough River State Park and Resort). Travel approximately 10 miles until you cross Rough River Lake and enter the outer limits of McDaniels. Turn right on to HWY 79 between the 1st State Bank and Fentress Marine.
