America's Barn Bed & Breakfast - Louisville, Kentucky The barn is a complete, cozy cottage located on a beautiful, wooded 2 acres. Enjoy complete privacy including a two person Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, queen size bed, complete kitchen (stocked with breakfast foods), covered porch with swing and gas grill. A beautiful in ground swimming pool is located on the property. You are invited to swim, weather permitting.

There are no pets allowed. However, you can meet our small flock of laying hens and our rooster named, "The General." We have fresh eggs daily. The apple trees, grapes, cherries, pears and service berries are an invitation to the white tail deer to visit and partake daily. Bird watching is also a favorite sport.

Rates & Policies

  • Rate: $129 + tax per night
  • Weekly rates available
  • Check-in: 2 p.m.; Check-out: 11 a.m.
  • We accept personal checks and cash only.
  • Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the reservation date will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the reservation date will be refunded only if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation.
  • All refunds will include a $10 service fee. As an alternative, we would be happy to reschedule your visit.
