The walls of the spacious dining room are lined with French Toile paper and prints of 19th century French Impressionists. Queen Anne furniture sits on the beautiful hardwood floors which feature three kinds of hardwood, including Walnut trim that completely surrounds the outer edges of the room. Over the pocket doors, leading from the dining room into the parlor, original, decorative wooden scrollwork is still in tact.

Overhead, the original gaslight brass fixture, updated for modern convenience, looks down upon the Duncan Phyfe dining table set with Battenberg lace, Victorian grape-patterned silver, and lovely blue Meissen-ware.

Whether you prefer a hearty Southern breakfast of scratch biscuits, grits and sausage or something more extravagant like our Dutch-oven German pancake smothered with warm cinnamon apples, our kitchen offers something for everyone. Specially blended coffees, an assortment of fine teas, homemade granolas, muffins and jams complete our gourmet fare.
