| Introduction |
| Scenic Valley Inn is a Real log Home built in 2003. It is less than two miles outside of Manhattan, Kansas on twenty acres of beautiful, heavily wooded privacy. As you approach this new Bed and Breakfast Inn you will cross our bridge, wind around the log barn and continue on up to the house which has special parking for our guests right at the front door. We have three guestrooms with private baths, and offer an opportunity for families as well as married couples to choose any one of our private suites. |

We currently have three rooms available for our guests: The Americana, The Woodlands Family Suite, and Juliana's Room. Each has a private bath; each room is $150 for double occupancy, $15 children 12 and under, $25 teen thru adult in the same suite. Two of the rooms are "en suite" and the third has a bathroom at the foot of the stairs for the Woodlands Family Suite. |
| A Full Breakfast is served at the time of your request either in your room, in the sunny breakfast room, formal dining room, or a romantic breakfast for two in the breezeway can be arranged. | Wedding nights, anniversary celebrations, family reunions, birthday and graduation parties are times we enjoy preparing for and would love to make our guests time here extra special. |

Our newly completed party/event barn, The Wooden Nickel, has a loft which seats 85 upstairs (with the balcony) and the ground floor seats up to 150 with chairs and tables for dining events. The Wooden Nickel rents for $700 for Receptions, $80/hour for Rehearsal Dinners, a per head fee for Retreats and Small Group Meetings.
Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee **per room - - if multiple rooms have been reserved. A deposit of 25% of entire rental if The Wooden Nickel Event Center, The Meadow ~ Wedding Site, and Suites are rented. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation of The Barn, or Meadow. We have a no alcohol policy clearly stated on our web-site since we are not zoned for alcohol usage, nor will our insurance cover us for it. |
