A full complimentary gourmet breakfast is provided between 6 and 8 am. A hearty entree, fresh fruit, juice, homemade breads and tea or coffee from freshly ground coffee beans are served garnished with herbs and flowers from the gardens. Our specialty is the whole wheat pancakes made from the flour we grind that is grown on our farm west of WaKeeney. If you prefer to sleep in, you may set your own breakfast time schedule by requesting a special breakfast basket that may be enjoyed at your convenience. |

The 1906 Cottage Garden B & B as 2 guest rooms. The private Butterfly Suite is on the second floor and has a king bed and a full bed. Butterflies and antiques abound in the room. The Suite is an intimate hide-a-way for two or will comfortably sleep a group of 5. The king bed can be separated into two extra long twin beds and an additional twin bed is tucked into an alcove. A new private adjoining bath with a shower/tub combination has recently been added to enhance your complete privacy of the second floor suite. The Hollyhock Room is on the main floor and has a hand crafted queen sized picket fence bed. A private bath adjoins your room with a tub and hand held shower. A separate shower is available for the Hollyhock room on the main floor. An antique oak rocking chair, washstand, original wood floors and quilts add to the ambiance of your stay in the Hollyhock Room. |
