The 1906 Cottage Garden Bed & Breakfast has 3 guest rooms, a sunny common area with antique and wicker furniture and wooden floor. A full country gourmet breakfast is served at a time that is convenient for our guests between 6 am & 8 am.

The Hollyhock Room

The Hollyhock Room is on the main floor and has a queen-sized bed with a handcrafted white picket fence headboard and adjoining bath with a tub.

The Butterfly Room

The Butterfly Room is located on the 2nd floor and has a king-sized bed that can be converted to two extra long twin beds, plus a regular sized twin bed. This room shares a large bath with the Sweet Annie Room.

The Sweet Annie Room

The Sweet Annie Room is located on the second floor and has two antique full-sized iron beds. It shares a large bath with the Butterfly Room.

Room Rates
  • $85 per guest room based on double occupancy
  • $225 for the entire cottage for 6 guests
  • For more than 6 guests add an additional $15 per person
  • Tax not included in rates
  • A deposit of $25 per guest room per night is requested.
  • A full refund is made if reservations are canceled 2 weeks prior to the reservation.
  • Check-in: after 4 p.m.; Check out: 11 a.m.

Directions:
Exit I-70 at #128. Go north 1 mile, turn left or west on Warren Avenue and go 8 blocks.
The Bed and Breakfast is on the right side of the street behind the white picket fence.
