Rates are as follows: Standard room or junior suite: $85 (U.S. dollars) plus 17% state, federal value-added tax. Deluxe room: $90 (U.S. dollars) plus 17% state, federal value-added tax. Master suite: $95 (U.S. dollars) plus 17% state, federal value-added tax. Payment is requested at check-in time. We often have our hands full at breakfast time and with seeing guests off and calling for taxis this allows us to be more attentive. We accept dollars, pesos, traveler’s checks in US dollars, Master and Visa cards accepted. Cancellation Policy: 14 Day cancellation or stay reduction policy for a full refund minus 10% handling fee Additional Services: Translating is $10.00 per hour. We will be glad to accompany you on your sightseeing or shopping expeditions. Translating for business is $15.00 dollars per hour. We will be happy to be your personal translator for our business guests. Ask us about discounts for long term stays. Our Concerns: Your rooms have been built with the traditional craftsmanship that our area is famous for, with hand painted tiles, stone work, hand made brick and marble floors. We have decorated and furnished your rooms with pieces made by our local artisans. Our gardens are just outside your bedrooms where you are welcomed to relax and enjoy our year round spring weather. A rich continental breakfast is served each morning. All rooms include a private bathroom, ceiling fans, and queen size beds. For family and friends traveling together, we have four rooms with two queen size beds and a sitting area. For our guests traveling on their own or couples, we have two suites with one queen size bed and private sitting room. As our guest you have a spacious room with queen size beds, a large private bathroom, and a satisfying continental breakfast served each morning.
