• All rates are subject to a Mexican Value Added Tax of 15% plus a 2% bed tax.

• La Villa del Ensueno permits smoking in outdoor areas only.
• Cancellation Policy
  • For reservations made at least two weeks prior to arrival, a 50% deposit will be charged if your stay is more than one night.
  • Cancellations or changes must be made no less than 14 days prior to arrival or your deposit will be forfeited, although it can be applied to a future reservation.
  • If we are fortunate enough to rent out your room on a last minute basis, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a 15% processing fee.
