Please Note:
The packages described below are for single property B&Bs and country inns in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
We will review your registration to determine if your property is truly a B&B or Country Inn.
One of the essential requirements is that you serve breakfast to your guests.
Vacation rental properties, hotels and motels are not appropriate for BBOnline.
Reservation services, group/association web sites, products/services and other types of B&B service businesses, please ask for a quote.

- State/Province Feature Inn: Our top Feature Marketing Level includes being featured on your state or province page on a rotating basis. For more details about our state/province navigation placement system please click here.
- Region Feature Inn: Our top Feature Marketing Level includes being featured on your region (sub-section of a state/province) page on a rotating basis. For more details about our region navigation placement system please click here.
- City Feature Inn: All marketing levels include being featured on your city and "nearby" city pages on a rotating basis. B&Bs with higher marketing levels will be featured more often. For more details about our city navigation placement system please click here.
- City Page Placement: B&Bs are ordered on our city navigation pages by their BBOnline Marketing Level with the higher levels listed first. For more details about our city navigation placement system please click here.
- Link to your web site: A link to your website from your BBOnline pages is included with all four marketing levels. Each page includes three links to your website.
- Number of Photos: Acceptable graphics are color pictures, pencil sketches, logos or a map. Please review Terms & Conditions on the next page concerning copyrighted artwork. Do NOT write on the back of pictures. Original artwork will be returned to you. Images may be submitted in JPG format either on a PC 3.5 diskette or emailed to info@bbonline.com or we can download them from your website.
- Description Length (# of Words): If you wish to prepare the exact script you may do so. Or, you may simply mail us your brochure/inserts/flyers and any other information and we will create the write-up and layout of your BBOnline page(s). You may also email copy to us OR we can use the text on your website as the basis for your BBOnline write-up.
- Five Picture Slide Show: The slide shows are typically displayed near the top of the B&B's Introduction (first) page. The five pictures selected for the slide show give the viewer a quick overview of the B&B. The Introduction Slide Show is included, at no additional charge, for B&Bs that have our Feature Marketing Level. For more details about slide shows please click here.
- Number of Special Packages: In addition to your regular text you may also display special packages (murder mystery, romantic getaway, last-minute specials, golf packages, fishing packages, spring specials, mid-week discount, etc.) that will be "previewed" on your Introduction page and fully described on a Special Packages page. Our specials navigation system guides viewers to B&Bs that offer specials. We give you an id and password that allows you to add/modify/remove your special packages online.
- Listed on "nearby" cities: In addition to being listed in your city you will also be listed on other cities as being "nearby" if you are within approximately 20 miles of that city. All marketing levels are listed on "nearby" cities at no extra charge! For more details about our city navigation placement system please click here.
- Number of Cooking Recipes: BBOnline's Recipes & Cookbook section is very popular - more than 1,000,000 visits - and we encourage you to post as many recipes as your package size allows. Recipe text DOES NOT count against your marketing level Description Length.
- B&B Locator Maps: All US and Canada B&Bs are included in our B&B Locator mapping system used to search for B&Bs by city or zip code.
- Inn-Level Map: US and Canada B&Bs with Marketing Level 2 or higher have an Inn-Level Map pop-up page on their BBOnline site pinpointing their location.
- Characteristics/Amenities Sub-Directories: In addition to our geographic navigation system, BBOnline also provides a method for Inngoers to find B&Bs that have the following characteristics or amenities: Handicap Accessible, Kid Friendly, Pets Welcome, B&Bs that host Weddings, Inns in the Mountains, Inns on an Ocean Shoreline, Inns on the National Register of Historic Places, Inns with Accommodations for Horses
- Reservation Request Form and/or Availability Link: A reservation email form can be added at no extra charge. Also, we work with several of the non-commission availability/booking systems. For more info on which systems we can link to at no extra charge please click here.
- Email this page to a Friend: Each of your BBOnline pages will have a "Email this page to a Friend" link that allows potential guests to email info about your B&B and their comments to their friends and family. This is typically used by couples and/or larger groups in their planning process.
- Discount on For Sale listing: Is your B&B for sale? BBOnline has a very popular Inns for Sale section. Innkeepers who advertise on BBOnline with one of our Marketing Levels receive a $40 discount on a For Sale listing.
- Monthly Innkeepers Newsletter: Each month you will receive an Innkeepers Newsletter via email. The newsletter will include helpful tips on how to maximize your marketing dollars on BBOnline. We also use the newsletter to keep you up to date on new features and changes to the site.
- Free Customer Support: Maintenance of your BBOnline content (text and photos) is provided at no extra cost.

Mail, call or fax us your information along with the marketing level you would
like and a U.S. check made out to BBOnline.com (we also accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard). OR,
you may email pictures and text to us OR we can download them from your website. If you opt to mail your
CD of images and text to BBOnline, please send a copy of your originals. CD's and other information will not be returned.
From the time we receive your payment and all your information and graphics, you can expect to see your B&B on BBOnline in approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks.
