The Bureau of State Parks (BSP) wishes to secure the services of an innkeeper (contractor) to oversee the daily operations of the Nature Inn at Bald Eagle State Park, which consists of 16 guest rooms, a reception area, public social areas, outside common areas, meeting room, fireplace, environmental education displays, food preparation area, and a contractor suite.

The contractor will be responsible for the overall operations of the inn including the daily support functions, and will have the direct responsibility for guest services, front desk, housekeeping, limited maintenance, marketing, record keeping, and food & beverage options. The contractor will also be responsible for the purchasing of consumable items for the operation of the Inn and will be required to live in the on-site housing provided.

Contractors interested in doing business with the Commonwealth will have to submit a bid and supporting documentation to the Commonwealth.
