Meadows Bed and Breakfast Services
offered by Lynn and Del Mottaz

"Been there, done that", is not enough! It should become "I am there and I'm doing it." This may be a little confusing but the message is there for you. Let's you do it and let us assist you in making your dream come true.

We have had the honor of being instrumental in a number of bed and breakfast success stories and would like to help you get started with your own.

We have experienced all of the bed and breakfast fields. We started with the management job of a city owned 11 room historic bed and breakfast - absolutely beautiful, and then created the field of professional innsitting and started the organization of P.I.A. (Professional Innsitters Association) This organization had innsitters in most areas around the United States and became a wonderful tool for the bed and breakfast field. The field of innsitting or as it is now called, Interim Innkeepers, educates a person in every area of operating a b & b and is one of the best ways to become informed.

We have had the opportunity to be presenters at many national, state, and regional conferences and have been fortunate to be presented with the 'Presidential Award' for education and innovation in the bed and breakfast field.

Lynn and Del Mottaz
Lynn has authored two manuals that are a benefit to innkeepers and innsitters and has continued to be in touch with
members around the many states.

To our joy, class is almost filled - So hurry, make your reservation for June 8, 9 & 10.

Up and Coming Events by Meadows B & B Services

So many homes in the southwest have revolving doors with guests and friends arriving and leaving during the wonderful winter months. This can be tied into the philosophy of bed and breakfast and the term 'burn-out.'

We love having people stay in our home just as we did when we ran our own bed and breakfast so now we have some wonderful hints to pass on to you to make your life so much easier. The bed and breakfast philosophy can be a real asset in this southwest world. We will hand out some materials, some 'easy' recipes and send you home waiting for your first arrivals.

Even though we intend to be innkeepers, this was thought provoking and helpful. Thanks!

Thank you for the time you spent with us. You are a wealth of knowledge and information. Our heads are spinning and our smiles extending from ear to ear.

This seminar helped us see the difference between the dream of owning a b & b and the realities of ownership. We are grateful to figure this out before we got further into the process of buying a bed and breakfast. Amanda and Steve

Lynn and Del - Thanks so much for the manual and I am sure it will be a big help. We are starting the financial investment and we are looking forward to our own b & b. We will keep you informed. The best part was the 'hands on' demonstrations. In Christ's love, Sheryl

The class was inspiring and practical, thanks so much. Michelle
